How much does a corporate event for 200 people in Lombardy cost?

The answer is a range, worked out with the same model as the simulator, updated in February 2026. It is not a quote: it tells you the order of magnitude before you ask.

Between €12,000 and €41,000. The estimate covers hotels and meeting venues, food and beverage, technical services and staging, photo and video makers for 200 people in Lombardy, and remains an indicative band: a real quote can fall outside it, either way.

Estimated total

between €12,000 and €41,000

For 200 people in Lombardy, estimated spending sits between €12,000 and €41,000. It is a band: below €12,000 there is little to be had, above €41,000 there is a great deal.

Landing on every low figure, or on every high one, is unlikely: the middle is the most common outcome. The total is not a forecast, it is the sum of the bands.

Where the figure comes from

  • Hotels and meeting venues

    Estimated band€1,050 to €6,600

    Charged by the dayHighly variable

On this line the high end is more than four times the low one. That is not a way of saying we do not know: the category really does vary, and the reason is below. It depends mostly on the day of the week and on exclusivity: the same venue on a Saturday in June and on a Thursday in February are two different prices.

On this line the high end is more than four times the low one. That is not a way of saying we do not know: the category really does vary, and the reason is below. It depends on how much rig is really needed and on the hours of setup: technical services grow in steps, not continuously.

How to read these figures

  • Every line is a band, not a figure: below the low end there is little to be had, above the high end there is a great deal. The band is the information; its midpoint is a detail of the band.
  • This is not a quote and does not pretend to be one. A quote is written by a supplier who has looked at your event, and that is the number you sign.
  • The bands are editorial: public price lists, conversations with operators and published industry surveys, reviewed by hand. Every line states where its own figure comes from.
  • The regional multiplier is a coarse simplification. Within the same region, Milan is not Sondrio: the band only absorbs part of that.
  • What it really costs depends on the day of the week, how many hours of service you need, how far the supplier travels and how quickly you are willing to decide.
