The questions people ask most often, answered in full
They are grouped by who asks them. If yours is not here, at the bottom you will find how to write to us and which address to use.
For suppliers
My company is already listed and I did not put it there. Is that normal?
Yes. So as not to open an empty marketplace, we wrote some profiles ourselves from public information. A profile like that says so at the top of the page, has no contact form, and shows website and contact details as plain text rather than as clickable links. If the company is yours, claim it: it becomes yours, with a checklist for correcting whatever we got wrong — because we wrote that text, and it can be wrong.
I asked to claim a profile and the code has not arrived.
The code is valid for 30 minutes and is sent to the email address already on the profile, or to any address on the domain of the website listed there. Check your spam folder. If that address is no longer live — domain changed, mailbox closed, business changed hands — manual verification is the route: you upload a recent company registry extract or a company document with the matching VAT number, and a person decides within two working days. There is a limit of three attempts per account per day, and every attempt is logged.
Someone else has claimed my company's profile.
When two people claim the same profile, both go through manual verification and the profile stays without an owner until it is settled. Whoever does not get it receives a reasoned no. If the claim had already gone through, a notice goes to the email address that was on the profile before the handover, with seven days to object, and a claim can be revoked at any time.
My profile was rejected. What now?
The rejection email and your area both carry the reason in full, with what to correct: a rejection without a reason does not exist, and it is not a dropdown. Fix it and resubmit, with no limit on attempts. If the reason does not add up, reply: we read it again.
I corrected a detail and I still see the old one online.
It depends what you touched. Factual corrections — opening hours, capacity, phone number, services — go live immediately. Changes to text and images go through the review queue, and while they wait the previous version stays public: there is no moment at which your profile disappears or shows a gap. Your area tells you which of the two happened for every change.
I want to take the profile off the site.
Taking the profile down means removing it from the site: we make you confirm twice, because the ranking you have built up is lost and does not come back. Even then the address does not become a missing page: it declares that the profile has been removed and points to the category. The data stays recoverable on request for 90 days, then it is deleted. If you only want to pause requests for a while, write to us: that can be done without taking anything down.
For people planning an event
I sent a request and nobody answered.
After 48 hours without the request being opened, an automatic reminder goes to the supplier. If the silence continues the request expires and counts against their response metrics, which feed into result ordering. In the meantime the useful thing is to ask two or three other suppliers in the same category and area: every profile, once the data is solid enough, says how long they usually take to answer.
I want to delete the request I sent and my personal data.
Write to us from the email address you sent the request with and we will delete it. Bear in mind one honest limit: the supplier has already received it. We can delete it from our systems and ask them to do the same; we cannot undo an email that has already been delivered.
A supplier asked me to pay through Eveo.
That is not possible, and if it happens it is a warning sign. Eveo collects nothing on suppliers' behalf and handles no deposits: the contract and the payment for the service are directly between you and the supplier, and no commission passes through us. If someone asks you for a payment "through Eveo", tell us.
Do I need to register to search or to ask for a quote?
No. Searching, comparing and sending a quote request need no account. Your email address is there only so the supplier can answer you and so you receive the confirmation copy.
Reporting content
Anyone can report a profile they consider unlawful, misleading or simply wrong, and no account is needed. Give the address of the page, what you object to and why: a report without a reason cannot be acted on.
Every report gets an acknowledgement and, in the end, a reasoned outcome. Anyone whose profile is removed, suspended or demoted receives that same reasoning, with the facts, and can contest it. Reports that are plainly unfounded and repeated get ignored, but only after a warning.

Did not find your question?
The contact page has the right address for every kind of request. If instead you are here to list your business, this is the place to start.
You fill in your company profile and send it. It goes live once a person has read it.
