What your event will cost

Pick the type of event, how many people you expect and where it takes place: Eveo works out a spending band for each supplier category and adds them up. No account needed, and no email to leave.

What you are reading is a banded estimate, not a quote. Eveo does not know supplier price lists, because almost nobody publishes them: the figures come from editorial research last revised in February 2026. A real quote is written by a person, and it can land outside this band.

Your event

A rough number is fine: the model works in bands.

Without a region the territorial multiplier is one.

Give a month and the estimate takes the season into account. Only affects lines charged by the day, such as a meeting room.

What you need

Tick only the categories you actually need. Removing one brings the total down, and that is the first useful thing this page does.

How to read these figures

  • Every line is a band, not a figure: below the low end there is little to be had, above the high end there is a great deal. The band is the information; its midpoint is a detail of the band.
  • This is not a quote and does not pretend to be one. A quote is written by a supplier who has looked at your event, and that is the number you sign.
  • The bands are editorial: public price lists, conversations with operators and published industry surveys, reviewed by hand. Every line states where its own figure comes from.
  • The regional multiplier is a coarse simplification. Within the same region, Milan is not Sondrio: the band only absorbs part of that.
  • What it really costs depends on the day of the week, how many hours of service you need, how far the supplier travels and how quickly you are willing to decide.
