Frequently asked questions
The questions people ask before they start
They come in two sets, because Eveo's two audiences ask different things. The answers are given in full: reading one is quicker than writing to us.
If you are organising an event
Searching for suppliers on Eveo is free, and you do not even need an account to look around.
How does Eveo work?
Eveo is where you search for and quickly get in touch with the best suppliers for your next event.
How do I contact suppliers?
Once you have logged in, you can contact several suppliers with a single request, straight from Eveo. Their replies arrive directly in your inbox.
Is Eveo free?
Yes. Eveo will always be free for event organisers and for anyone looking for a supplier.
Do I have to sign in to use Eveo?
No, creating an account and signing in is optional. But to get the most out of Eveo we suggest you register.
If you supply services
One complete profile, someone from Eveo who gets in touch, and quote requests that land in your company inbox.
What is Eveo for?
Eveo makes it easier for companies and private clients who are planning their next event, and who need your service or product, to reach you.
How does Eveo work for suppliers?
Once you have registered and filled in your company profile with everything your business offers, all you have to do is wait for new quote requests.
How much does Eveo cost?
Registering and completing your company profile costs nothing. Once you have sent in your profile, someone from Eveo gets in touch to explain how it works and agree the terms with you: there is no price list on the site, because we would rather talk it through with you directly.
Where do I receive quote requests from clients?
Every request goes straight to the email address — or addresses — you entered when you created your company profile.

Support
These are the questions about the product, asked by people still working out what Eveo is. The operational ones — a profile under review, a profile to claim, a request that went unanswered — have a page of their own.
Guides for organisers and for suppliers
A few long reads, each written to answer a whole question. The company event guide carries the requirements table you can send straight to suppliers, and the cost lines where money is genuinely saved.
You fill in your company profile and send it. It goes live once a person has read it.
